VORward ‘Best Measures for Accessibility and Inclusion’ The Liftboy app and the multi-sensory emergency call system from Wiener Linien were honoured. The app makes it easier for wheelchair users, people with limited mobility and passengers with prams to use lifts in all 109 station buildings in the Wiener Linien network.

SCHAEFER has been recognized at the federal level for its commitment to sustainable employee mobility. The company is among the 20 winning projects in the competition “Shaping Work Commutes. Mobile in Rural Areas.” The competition, organized by the Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB) and the Federal Institute for Research on Building, Urban Affairs and Spatial Development (BBSR) as part of the federal program Region Gestalten, honors innovative solutions from municipalities and companies that improve corporate mobility management (BMM) in rural areas. Mit Stolz blicken wir auf 60 erfolgreiche Jahre der SCHAEFER GmbH zurück! Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die zahlreichen Gäste, darunter unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter mit ihren Familien und Freunden sowie unsere geladenen Gäste, die diesen besonderen Tag mit uns gefeiert haben. Die Highlights des Tages war unsere Live-Band sowie die Foodtrucks und vieles mehr. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an alle helfenden Hände, die diesen Tag zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht haben!
Auf die Plätze, Fertig, RADELN! Auch dieses Jahr waren wir von SCHAEFER bei der STADTRADELN Aktion dabei und konnten insgesamt sagenhafte 827,8 KG CO² einsparen. Aber das ist nur der Anfang! Lasst uns gemeinsam weitermachen und versuchen, noch mehr Alltagswege mit dem Fahrrad zurückzulegen, um unserer Umwelt Gutes zu tun. Schon ein Kilometer mit dem Fahrrad hat einen positiven Einfluss auf unsere Erde! Wir danken jedem Radelnden für seinen Beitrag!
20-Jahre Schwelmer Symposium. Wir von SCHAEFER waren vor Ort und durften gemeinsam mit Henning GmbH & Co. KG das Jubiläum zelebrieren. Unser Kollege Frank Saalmüller hatte wieder ein spannendes Vortragsthema im Gepäck: "Moderne Technik im Aufzug" - Tableaukonzept für die Deutschen Bahn.
